An enterprise conversational assistant built around the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and OpenAI API to automate customer interactions around the clock. The system handled product and catalog inquiries, pricing and policy questions, lead generation, ERP/CRM order tracking, interactive WhatsApp menus and human-agent escalation. Webhooks, Redis and backend services coordinated real-time conversations and business workflows while maintaining context across customer interactions.
