Solucrew, operated by Muhammad Usman Rehmani ("Solucrew", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through solucrew.com.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email and project details you provide, and optionally your company, budget range and timeline.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data including pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referral source. This is set through cookies.
We do not collect special category data and we do not ask for payment details through this site.
Why we use it
Contact form data is used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you are asking about. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and steps taken prior to entering a contract.
Analytics data is used to understand how the site is found and used. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else processes it

- Google Workspace — our email
- Google Analytics 4 — site analytics
These providers process data on our behalf. Data may be transferred outside the UK and EEA, including to the United States, under the providers’ own transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@solucrew.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EEA you may complain to your national data protection authority.

This site uses Google Analytics cookies as described above. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
