Our contribution

A customized CRM and accounting integration automating bi-directional synchronization of customers, invoices, payments and financial records.

Customized and extended Perfex CRM with a bi-directional integration to QuickBooks Online, connecting operational CRM billing with accounting records. The solution included automated synchronization of customer accounts, tax items, invoices and payments through OAuth 2.0 and webhooks, custom CodeIgniter modules using hook-based extensions, a reconciliation dashboard for sync monitoring and failure queues, and client portal enhancements for invoice approvals, payment confirmations and automated receipts.
