Our contribution

An integration layer connecting enterprise platforms with cloud services for communications, marketing, logistics, mapping and identity.

Designed and implemented integrations between proprietary business platforms and third-party cloud services to automate communications, marketing, shipping, mapping and authentication workflows. Integrations included WhatsApp and SMS notifications, transactional email and marketing automation, shipping label and tracking services, Google Maps capabilities and OAuth 2.0 single sign-on. Asynchronous Redis queue workers decoupled slow external API operations from the main application to maintain responsive performance.
